More than 3500 square meters of centrally air-conditioned area, 1500 square meters of Cold Storage and Frozen Storage Warehousing capacity and More than 110 dedicated workforces.

 WAREHOUSE
OHM has temperature-controlled warehousing facility including cold stores & Frozen Stores. The warehouse divided into 5 areas providing:
¨      Independent temperature control
¨      Segregation of sensitive products e.g. Rice/spices etc.

An impressive fleet of refrigerated and non-refrigerated delivery vehicles ensure prompt deliveries of merchandise in excellent condition throughout the year. The proximity of the office to the warehouse simplifies in excellent condition throughout the year. The proximity of the office to the warehouse simplifies dealing with urgent orders.

Standby delivery vehicle is deployed to effectively meet urgent requirement situations in order to shave the customer more efficiently.

                     FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY WITHIN 24 HOURS

OHM also uses the assistance of the Merchandising team equipped with Station Wagons & Panel Vans in organizing urgent deliveries as they are required to be the time of delivery to merchandise the goods once it reaches the outlet.

MERCHANDISING
OHM has a dedicated area for storage of point-of-sale (POS) Material in addition to an area for exclusive usage by the members of the OHM Merchandising Team. This large area allows for the display of the POS material as it acetates easy access to the team.

This facility also allows OHM the opportunity to train the Merchandising team, and also encourages the Team to interact with each other and exchange ideas to meet their objectives.

PROMOTIONS
OHM has in house facilities and dedicated teams for shrink for wrapping which facilitates conducting timely promotions. Suggested Promotion samples can be made for acquiring approvals from accounts.

OHM’S invoicing system allows tracking sales of Regular and Promotional references separately and the in-house Legal Department takes care of obtaining the Ministry permissions required for running the promotions.

All the promotional activities are carried out by approved guidelines.

IT / MIS
The history of computerization of OHM’S work procedures dates back to 1985 and in our trade, we are one of the first companies to computerize our operations. OHM implemented Local Area Network setup in 1992 to allow easy sharing of data for assisting the deacon-making process.

In July 2001, for achieving technological edge over competition, OHM developed a customized inter-linked Inventory &Financial Management System Software to effectively manager its assets and information flow. OHM‘S systems are capable of analyzing inventory levels in real time and this reduces the chances of errors and duplication of work. The system enables OHM to study business patterns & different sales trends through its powerful MIS reporting system.
